A Game room is available on the second level if you enjoy playing cards, games, doing puzzles and or just want to sit in the cushioned window seat to read your favorite book. Feel free to take a book and/or leave a book. Check it out, it might be a quiet place to retreat as well.

Sunny Acres strives to offer a warm open welcome to your stay when you enter into the foyer and living area. Go around the foyer and see the gorgeous breakfast buffet where your coffee and tea will be available at 7:30 A.M. and then view the Mediterranean contemporary dining room where you will be pampered and served a two course gourmet breakfast at 8:30 A.M. The kitchen has an eclectic wall of harlequins with island bar seats or the seating area next to the kitchen or the back deck to enjoy your coffee. We are all about fun themes. Gourmet Cuisine Breakfasts
An exquisite gourmet cuisine is offered for breakfast using the freshest organic ingredients available mostly from my green house! Menu options change based on the season. Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes available. Please choose your selection for the first morning upon arrival so the chef can be prepared. French Press coffee, special blend teas, regular and decaf coffee, hot chocolate and juices along with your breakfast choice will be served at 8:30 am. If special arrangements are needed, please inform the host at check in and accommodations can be made for early morning activities. The Cottage Garden room has the touch of Europe when you enter. The Safari room boasts the feeling of being in Africa while the kids can feel like they are at the beach. The Safari room has a comfy queen size bed, plush two person couch with flat mounted swivel TV, WiFi, mini refrigerator, and African décor. Plush Turkish spa robes and hand knitted custom slippers for your size will be offered for your use during your stay. The Beach Front room is a bright colorful beach decorated room with a pop up trundle providing sleeping for two in twin beds with a dresser with mirror. Everyone can enjoy all the fun in the backyard with volleyball, disc golf, badminton, washer toss or horse shoes or finding their way through the pasture maze.
A private full size bathroom with shower and tub is in the hall for a shared bath for the family.

“Pegi’s home warrants a stop!. Her house is set back off the road on a lovely and landscaped acre with a babbling brook by which to drink your coffee near in the morning. Her home, for all its peacefulness, is an 8 minute drive to downtown Bend and all the great restaurants and shops. Hiking, river rafting, and Sun River are all in close proximity. The cottage room has a divinely soft bed, a private bath and a TV with more channels than I knew what to do with. I believe Sunny Acres B&B will become an annual event, my vacation from “the vacation.”
“Our much needed peaceful stay at the Cabin Suite was so much more than we expected. Bend was a one night stop on our 2 week vacation, we soon discovered that Bend is a DESTINATION and our wonderful hostess Pegi and her beautiful home is at the center of it all. Our room was huge, (pictures do not do justice) spotless and the bed was the most comfortable that my husband or I have ever slept in. If that’s not enough, the bathroom is also huge with plenty of counter space for two people to spread out, not to mention…double shower heads! Pegi’s fastidious attention to detail and her welcoming spirit made us feel right at home from the very first minute we walked through the front door.”

Reservations must be secured with a major credit card. 50% of the total reservation will be charged on any cancel less than one full week from check-in.. Total payment is due at the time of check-in.

Cancellations
Cancellations, or changes must be received 7 days in advance. Cancellations, or changes to the reservation received within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged 50% of your total reservation.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00-8:00 p.m. If you require an alternative check-in time, please contact the Innkeeper to make arrangements no later than three days prior to your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Located on the East side of Bend between Hwy 20 and Bear Creek off Torkelson Rd. You’ll feel like you’re leaving town but you’re only coming to the country side of Bend.
FROM SOUTH GOING NORTH ON HWY 97
Coming from the South going North on US 97, take Baker Rd/Knott Rd (exit 143). Turn right on Knott Rd( 4.2 miles). Knott Rd. becomes SE 27th St. (2.9 miles). Turn right on Bear Creek (2.0 miles) to Torkelson Rd. Turn left and go up slight hill and turn right on Stormy Lane. I’m the second house on the left around the bend.
OR:
Coming from the South, exit off Hwy 97 North onto Reed Market Rd. (exit 139). Turn right and proceed straight to 27th St. Turn left on 27th St. and proceed to the first stop light which is Bear Creek Rd. Turn right onto Bear Creek Rd and proceed 2 miles to Torkelson Rd. Turn left and go up slight hill and turn right on Stormy Lane. I’m the second house on the left around the bend.
COMING FROM THE NORTH: BACK COUNTRY, LESS TRAFFIC ROUTE:
Coming from the North, exit off Hwy 97 (DON’T take US 97 Business route…stay on main Parkway) to Butler Market Rd exit. Turn left onto Butler Market Rd. and proceed about 7 miles headed East to Hamby Rd. (Round abouts -Continue to 2nd exit to go straight on all round abouts). Turn right to Hwy 20. ( 2nd stop sign- look for Grace Presbyterian Church on your left just before stop sign). Turn left onto Hwy 20 and go 1 mile to Torkelson and turn right. Proceed to top of the slight hill to Stormy Lane. Turn left on Stormy Lane to the 2nd house on your left around the bend. First house is easy to miss. This is kind of the back country way. If you are more comfortable to take main roads look at the alternative route staying on US 97 (main highway,NOT Business 97)
ALTERNATE: NORMAL BEND TRAFFIC PATTERN
Coming from the North, exit off Hwy 97 (DON’T take US 97 Business route…stay on main Parkway) to Revere Rd exit. Turn left at stoplight, cross RR tracks to 3rd St. Turn right, go to 3rd stoplight (Greenwood Rd.)Turn left and go about 5 miles to Torkelson. Greenwood becomes Hwy 20 after you hit 27th St. (I’m 2 miles East of 27th st.) It looks like you’re headed out of town (only a little bit). Make a right turn on Torkelson to the top of the slight hill, turn left on Stormy Lane to the 2nd house on your left around the bend. The first house is easy to miss.
